The first one is either a dalek or one of the robots from Star Wars. Nothing to be alarmed about. :-)

I don't think he's ever seen Dr Who! I do prefer these to the posters filled with nothing but elaborate weapons!!!! He does keep coming up with new monsters all the time... I wonder if there's some psychological stuff going on with all these monsters and weapons!!!! (At least it seems normal by boy standards).

As one might anticipate, the twin emotive topics of the education of our children plus religion lead to an explosion on the comments thread. The Moral Minefield
